Strawberry Passion Fruit Parfait

Levels (from bottom to top)
1- Homemade Granola Crunch (Recipe below)
2- Passion fruit yogurt (Blend pulp from 2 passion fruits with 1 cup greek plain yogurt and 2 tsp white sugar)...
3- Chopped strawberries
4- Whip Cream
5 - Grated Nutmeg with Black Mint


Homemade Granola Crunch Recipe:
Ingredients

2 cups Rolled Oats
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Coconut oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 cup Currants
1/4 cup Walnut
1/4 cup Cashew
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Honey


Steps:
1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2.In a large bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds and cashew. In a small pan over medium heat, stir together the brown sugar, salt, oil and honey. Cook and stir until blended. Then add the extracts to the mixture and stir for 5 secs.

3. Pour over the oat mixture, and stir to coat evenly. Spread out in an even layer on a baking tray.

4.Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until the oats and nuts are toasted. Immediately after it comes out of the oven, stir in the currants. Let stand until cooled, and stir again to break up any large clusters.

5. Serve and Enjoy!
